We're a small, family-run business dedicated to supporting caravan owners like you, on any holiday park. Whether you're new to letting or experienced, we offer three simple options:

✔ Full Management – 10% of net booking income. We handle everything from bookings to changeovers.

✔ Bookings Only – 7% of net booking income. We take the bookings, payments and deposits; you look after the van.

✔ Advertising Only – £120 a year. Your van on charlsonsavory.co.uk with enquiries passed straight to you.

No joining fee, no annual fee on the managed options, and nothing to pay until we take a booking.

Whichever plan you choose, it is your responsibility to check with your park that your pitch licence lets you both let your caravan privately and advertise it.
